| Manager. Les took over as manager in August 2009 just before the start of the new season. As a player, Les was with Oxford, Dagenham & Redbridge, Gravesend and Dartford. He had previously coached at Brentwood in the 2005/06 season, and has also coached at Bishops Stortford (who gained three promotions in four years) and Ford United (two promotions). Les has managed at Romford, Aveley and Ilford. |
 Martin Hayes | Assistant Manager. Martin had a professional playing career with Arsenal, Celtic, Wimbledon, Swansea City and Peterborough. He was Bishops Stortford’s manager for nine years where he worked with Les Whitton. |

| Goalkeeper coach - Well respected goalkeeper coach in non-league, Danny joined us from Aveley. Now in 9th year as a coach, Danny has also coached at Ford Utd, Redbridge, Dagenham & Redbridge, and spent two years in Australia with Berwick City. |
