Aron began his career as a youth product of the Leyton Orient academy, making 11 first team appearances. 

 Loan spells at both Wealdstone and Leatherhead followed, before he made a move to Concord Rangers in 2018, in their fifth National League South campaign He went on to make over 100 club appearances over his five-year spell with The Beachboys. During this period, he picked up the Vanarama Player of the Month award in December 2019 and became an FA Trophy finalist in their marginal 1-0 defeat against Harrogate Town at Wembley. Most recently, he played for Billericay Town.

When asked on signing for The Blues, Aron said, “I have always followed Brentwood since having a connection from really young here. It is a club that want to keep pushing on from their recent successes. After the conversations I had with the management and hearing of their ambitions, that’s something I wanted to be a part of."
