Charlie arrived at The Arena from Cray Wanderers ahead of the 2025/26 season. He made 31 appearances for the Wands last season and netted three goals. Prior to that, the midfielder spent two seasons at Canvey Island and provided eight goals in 64 appearances for the club.

Some of his other clubs include Hertford Town, Waltham Abbey and fellow Isthmian Premier outfits Wingate and Finchley, and Potters Bar Town respectively.
