Manny began his senior career on a two-year deal with Salford City at the age of 16 after becoming inducted into the first cohort of Academy 92. He later entered the academy system of Grays Athletic, before signing on at the club during the 2019/20 season and found the net 12 times in all competitions.

A move to Aveley followed, where he played 130 games over his five-year spell at the club, achieving back to back promotions to the National League South.
