Lee Watson joined Brentwood Town ahead of the 2023/24 season and has quickly become a valued member of the backroom team. As First Team Coach, Lee plays a central role in supporting the manager and assistant manager with training sessions, tactical planning, and matchday preparations. His enthusiasm, knowledge of the game, and ability to work closely with players have made him an important link between the management team and the squad.
Lee brings a positive, professional approach to coaching, helping to develop players individually while also focusing on the collective needs of the team. His input has been particularly valuable in ensuring that training sessions are both challenging and engaging, giving players the best possible platform to perform on matchdays.
Since joining, Lee has been part of a highly successful period for the club, including the 2024/25 Isthmian North League title win. Well respected by players and staff alike, he continues to be a great addition to Brentwood’s backroom staff as the team builds for the future.
