Grange Motors Drives the Future as Official Academy Partner of Brentwood Town FC
Brentwood Town Football Club is delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Grange Motors, who will become the official sponsor of the Centre of Excellence Academy for the 2026/27 season.
As part of the partnership, the Academy will officially be known as the Grange Centre of Excellence Academy, marking an exciting new chapter in the club’s commitment to developing young footballing talent and providing a pathway for the next generation of players.
The partnership brings together two organisations with strong roots in Brentwood and a shared commitment to the local community. Founded in Brentwood in 1956, Grange Motors has grown to become one of the UK’s leading luxury automotive retailers, representing an impressive portfolio of prestigious and high-performance marques including Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover, Lamborghini, McLaren and Rolls-Royce through its network of dealerships across the UK.
Investing in the Future
The partnership represents an important step forward for Brentwood Town’s Academy, strengthening the support behind the youth football programme as it continues to provide opportunities for young players to develop their ability, learn the game and progress through the club.
The Grange Centre of Excellence Academy plays a vital role in the future of Brentwood Town, with over 250 boys and girls involved, helping to nurture talent, build confidence and create a positive environment in which young players can thrive both on and off the pitch.
The new partnership reflects a shared commitment to investing in young people, creating opportunities for aspiring footballers and supporting the long-term growth of the club.
Jez Dickinson, Chairman of Brentwood Town FC, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Grange Motors as the official sponsor of our Centre of Excellence Academy. This partnership represents a significant investment in the future of Brentwood Town and the hundreds of young players who are part of our pathway programme.
“Developing local talent is at the heart of what we do, and to work alongside a business that not only shares our commitment to the community but also traces its roots back to Brentwood makes this partnership especially meaningful. We look forward to working together to create even more opportunities for young players to grow, develop and fulfil their potential.”
From the youngest age groups through to older Academy sides, the Grange Centre of Excellence Academy will continue to play a key role in developing players and strengthening the pathway into senior football at Brentwood Town.
Ben Crudgington, Operations Director at Grange Motors, said:
“As a business that was founded in Brentwood, we’re proud to be supporting a club that plays such an important role in the local community and in the development of young people.
“The Academy’s commitment to nurturing talent, building confidence and creating opportunities for the next generation closely aligns with our own values. We’re delighted to partner with Brentwood Town FC and support an initiative that is making a positive difference to young people across the local community.”

Founded in 1954, Brentwood Town Football Club is committed to providing the very best development opportunities for talented young boys and girls within our local community and beyond.
Now under the new Academy Management of Josh Garside and Ben Clark, the Grange Centre of Excellence Academy continues to provide a positive, structured and ambitious environment where every player is encouraged to develop, progress and reach realistic, achievable goals.
Our pathway begins with Preschool and Reception age groups, continuing through to Year 7 before progressing into the club’s official Eastern Junior Alliance Academy setup. From there, players have the opportunity to continue their journey towards U23s and senior semi-professional football at Brentwood Town.
As an academy, we closely monitor the development of every player to ensure they are training and competing at the appropriate level to maximise their individual progress. Our focus is not only on technical ability, but also on confidence, teamwork, decision-making and a genuine enjoyment of the game.
Attention to detail is at the heart of our academy environment. Each age group is supported by carefully selected, qualified FA coaches, alongside an experienced senior Academy Management team with the knowledge and understanding required to guide young players throughout every stage of their development.
From a child’s first steps into football at Preschool age, through to Year 7, EJA Academy football and beyond, Brentwood Town FC provides a clear and progressive pathway within one football club.
Our aim is simple: to give every young player the best possible opportunity to develop in a safe, positive and ambitious environment — allowing parents to enjoy the journey, support from the sidelines and watch their child grow both as a player and as a person.
