Founded in 1954, Brentwood Town Football Club is committed to providing the very best development opportunities for talented young boys and girls within our local community and beyond.

Now under the new Academy Management of Josh Garside and Ben Clark, our Centre of Excellence Academy continues to provide a positive, structured and ambitious environment where every player is encouraged to develop, progress and reach realistic, achievable goals.

Our pathway begins with Preschool and Reception age groups, continuing through to Year 7 before progressing into the club’s official Eastern Junior Alliance Academy setup. From there, players have the opportunity to continue their journey towards U23s and senior semi-professional football at Brentwood Town.

As an academy, we closely monitor the development of every player to ensure they are training and competing at the appropriate level to maximise their individual progress. Our focus is not only on technical ability, but also on confidence, teamwork, decision-making and a genuine enjoyment of the game.

Attention to detail is at the heart of our academy environment. Each age group is supported by carefully selected, qualified FA coaches, alongside an experienced senior Academy Management team with the knowledge and understanding required to guide young players throughout every stage of their development.

From a child’s first steps into football at Preschool age, through to Year 7, EJA Academy football and beyond, Brentwood Town FC provides a clear and progressive pathway within one football club.

Our aim is simple: to give every young player the best possible opportunity to develop in a safe, positive and ambitious environment — allowing parents to enjoy the journey, support from the sidelines and watch their child grow both as a player and as a person.
