Player Biography

Aron Pollock began his career as a youth product of the Leyton Orient academy, progressing through the ranks to make 11 first-team appearances for the O’s. He also enjoyed loan spells with Wealdstone and Leatherhead, gaining valuable senior experience and showcasing his potential at an early stage.

In 2018, Aron joined Concord Rangers in the National League South, where he went on to become a mainstay across five seasons, making over 100 appearances. During his time with the Beachboys, he won the Vanarama Player of the Month award in December 2019 and featured in one of the club’s proudest moments, playing at Wembley in the 2020 FA Trophy Final, where Concord narrowly lost 1-0 to Harrogate Town. Most recently, he turned out for Billericay Town, further adding to his strong non-league pedigree.

On signing for Brentwood, Aron highlighted his connection to the club from an early age and spoke of his desire to be part of its ambitions, bringing experience, leadership, and defensive quality to the Blues.
