Benas Vaivada joined Brentwood Town in the summer of 2024 from Bowers & Pitsea, arriving with a reputation as an ambitious and determined young player. At just 22, he had already built an impressive CV, making 36 appearances and scoring 11 goals for Bowers in the previous season, where he was crowned an Isthmian League North Play-Off winner.
Before that, Benas enjoyed success with Aveley, playing a key part in their 2022/23 Isthmian Premier Play-Off victory that secured promotion to the National League South. In that same season, he scored in the Velocity Cup Final against Potters Bar Town, helping the Millers to a 3-0 win and another piece of silverware. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience with Tower Hamlets and Margate, where he made 25 appearances and netted 4 goals.
Known for his direct style, attacking drive, and tireless work ethic, Benas is capable of playing in midfield or wider attacking roles. His creativity and eye for goal add an extra dimension to Brentwood’s play, and his winning mentality makes him a valuable asset to the squad.
