Brentwood Town FC are delighted to announce the signing of forward Scott Kashket, who joins the Blues from fellow Isthmian Premier Division side Canvey Island.
The 29-year-old is a versatile attacking player, capable of operating across the entire forward line, and brings with him a wealth of experience at both EFL and non-league level.
Kashket came through the youth ranks at Leyton Orient, going on to make 22 first-team appearances for the O’s. During his early career, he also gained overseas experience in Spain with Hércules B, alongside spells at Wingate & Finchley.
His professional career has seen him represent several EFL clubs, including Wycombe Wanderers, Crewe Alexandra, Gillingham and Sutton United, most notably being part of the Wycombe side that secured promotion to the Championship in 2020.
More recently, Kashket has featured in non-league football for Hornchurch, Welling United, Bishop’s Stortford, and Canvey Island, where he impressed during his latest spell before making the move to Brentwood.
On signing for the Club, Scott said: “I am really looking forward to joining the team for the last 12 weeks of the season. Hopefully I can help the team push to get another promotion!”
