You may have noticed a couple of new faces around the Club recently, and we’re delighted to now confirm the signings of Ethan Kaiser and Reiss Webber.
Ethan Kaiser, 26, is a commanding centre-back who joined the Blues ahead of our fixture against Cheshunt on 9th December. Since arriving, Ethan has featured in three matches, helping the side collect seven points and two clean sheets, and he capped off an impressive start by earning Man of the Match honours in last Saturday’s win over Potters Bar Town.
Ethan began his youth career with Bromley and Carshalton Athletic, before signing for Queens Park Rangers in 2017, where he featured for their Under-18s. Following his departure from Loftus Road, he has gained extensive non-league experience with spells at Tonbridge Angels, Cray Wanderers, Potters Bar Town, Margate, Lewes, Bracknell Town and Whyteleafe.
Also joining the Blues is Reiss Webber, a 19-year-old midfielder with plenty of pace and potential. Reiss signed forms with the Club last week after training with the first team for the past month, following his departure from Potters Bar Town.
Reiss’ first taste of senior football came with Wormley Rovers, where he was part of the squad that won promotion via the Spartan South Midlands League Division One South play-offs in the 2023/24 season. The following campaign saw the Worms reach the Premier Division play-off final, narrowly missing out against Maccabi London Lions.
After two successful seasons at Wormley, Reiss was snapped up by Potters Bar Town in the summer of 2025. He made an immediate impact there, scoring and setting up another goal against the Blues in our dramatic 4–3 victory over the Bar earlier this season. Following his move to Brentwood, Reiss was named as a substitute in last weekend’s 1–0 win over his former club.
Everyone at Brentwood Town would like to welcome Ethan and Reiss to the Club, and we look forward to seeing them in action in a Blues shirt!
