Brentwood Town are excited to announce the arrival of defender Aron Pollock from fellow Isthmian Premier outfit Billericay Town.
Aron began his career as a youth prodigy of the Leyton Orient academy, before signing for the O’s in 2016. He embarked on a development loan at Wingate and Finchley, before making his professional senior debut in the O’s final home fixture of the 2016/17 season against Mansfield Town, and secured the Man of the Match award.
Aron totalled 11 first-team appearances for the O’s and completed loan spells at both Wealdstone and Leatherhead respectively.
In 2018, he made a move to Concord Rangers in their fifth National League South campaign and went on to make over 100 club appearances over his five-year spell with The Beachboys. During this period, he picked up the Vanarama Player of the Month award in December 2019 and became an FA Trophy finalist in their marginal 1-0 defeat against Harrogate Town at Wembley.
Most recently, he played for Billericay Town and featured in the squad that advanced in the 2024/25 Velocity Cup semi-final with a 4-1 victory over Binfield FC.
When asked on signing for The Blues, Aron said, “I have always followed Brentwood since having a connection from really young here. It is a club that want to keep pushing on from their recent successes. After the conversations I had with the management and hearing of their ambitions, that’s something I wanted to be a part of.
“As a player, I enjoy defending and keeping clean sheets which will hopefully continue this season. The fans can expect hard work and some composure throughout the season. Looking forward to getting started!”
Brentwood Town look forward to welcoming Aron and watching him in action for The Blues in the 2025/26 season.
