HULLBRIDGE SPORTS 0 – 3 BRENTWOOD TOWN

Brentwood returned to form with a dominant first half performance at Hullbridge on Tuesday night. It took just thirty seconds for George Craddock to fire the visitors ahead and it was no surprise when Jack Adlington made it 2-0 in the 18th minute finishing well after Andy Freeman and Ross Wall had set up the opening.

Home keeper Lewis Greene saved well from Chris Dickson and Dickson then hit a post from Bryan Ifeanyi’s cross just before the half hour. Wall, who impressed on his second debut for Brentwood, then put Dickson clear just before half time but the striker shot wide.

Hullbridge worked hard to get back in the game in the second half but Dickson marked his final appearance of his loan move from Billericay Town with a deserved goal in the 86th minute to seal the win for Brentwood.

Brentwood Town: 13 Melvin Minter, 2 James Folkes, 3 Andrew Freeman, 4 Connor Hogan, 5 Matt Cripps, 6 Jack Humphrey, 7 Bryan Ifeanyi (Solomon Ogunwomoju 63'), 8 George Craddock, 9 Ross Wall, 10 Chris Dickson (Daniel Ogunleye 90'), 11 Jack Adlington (Sam Park 83').
