We would like to provide an update regarding ticket allocation for Monday’s Isthmian League Premier Division Play-Off Final against Billericay Town.
The Club received an allocation of 600 tickets for this fixture. To ensure a fair and considered distribution, these were released in phases, prioritising our most loyal supporters, including Club24 members. Our intention throughout has been to keep the process internal and give regular attendees the best possible opportunity to secure their place at this significant match.
Priority access links were distributed directly via email using our supporter database, and the process initially progressed as planned. However, due to an administrative issue beyond the Club’s control yesterday afternoon, ticket sales were temporarily paused while the matter was resolved. Regrettably, this took longer than anticipated, but we can confirm the issue has now been rectified and all tickets within the priority window have been allocated.
For clarity, our full ticket allocation has not yet been exhausted. We are continuing to work hard to ensure that Club24 members and supporters with away travel history have the opportunity to secure a ticket.
Today has been particularly challenging in managing this process, and we appreciate your patience and understanding regarding any delays in communication.
Should we reach a point where remaining tickets can be released for general sale, this will be communicated at the earliest opportunity. Until then, distribution will remain within the current structure to prioritise our core supporters for what is a landmark occasion in the Club’s history.
