PITCHING IN ISTHMIAN NORTH
BRENTWOOD TOWN 0 - 0 BURY TOWN

These two sides, currently occupying a mid-table positions, have both found scoring goals a problem this season and it showed in the final score line on Tuesday.

Brentwood had the better of the early possession and Sam Park went closest with a long range effort that was just off target midway through the first half. Home keeper Harry Girling had to make two saves before half time, the first from Cemal Ramadan in the 27th minute, and then from Cameron Nicholls four minutes before half time.

With Luke Hirst having to go off injured, Brentwood finished the second half with ten men but they went desperately close to a winner in the 85th minute when Jermaine Osei’s effort was cleared off the line.

Brentwood Town: 1 Harry Girling, 2 Connor Hogan (Callum Leahy 46'), 3 Chris Gregan, 4 Flavio Jumo, 5 Matt Cripps, 6 Jack Humphrey, 7 Bryan Ifeanyi (Daniel Ogunleye 81'), 8 George Craddock, 10 Sam Park (Jermaine Osei 77'), 11 Andrew Freeman, 19 Luke Hirst.
