🎟 Tickets: Available at the turnstiles – cash & card accepted

🎟 Tickets & Entry

  • Tickets are only available on the gate – no online sales.
  • Adults £14 | Concessions £10 | U16s £5
  • Turnstiles open between 6:15pm and 6:30pm.
  • Both cash and card are accepted for entry.
  • Printed matchday programmes and 50/50 raffle tickets will be on sale inside the ground.

🍔 Food & Drink

  • Hot food and hot drinks are available at the outdoor bar (near the far end turnstiles).
  • Pies can be purchased inside the main bar.
  • The main bar also serves a good selection of soft drinks, beer, cider, and ale on tap.

🚗 Getting There by Car - RM15 4PX for Sat Nav’s

From M25 (Clockwise):

  • Take Junction 30/31 for the A13 towards Dagenham/Tilbury.
  • At Mar Dyke Interchange, take the 2nd exit.
  • Follow signs to Ship Lane, then High Street, and onto Stifford Rd.
  • Continue on Aveley Bypass (B1335) and turn into Park Lane – the stadium is on the right.

From M25 (Anti-Clockwise):

  • Take the M25 North exit.
  • Follow signs for A2(E) towards Dartford/A225/Canterbury.
  • Use local roads as directed to reach Park Lane.

🅿 Parking:

  • Parkside has 200 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Overflow parking is available at Belhus Park, but please check when the park closes.
  • Please be considerate of local residents when parking nearby.

🚆 By Train

  • Nearest C2C stations: Ockendon and Rainham.
  • Trains run from Fenchurch Street / Liverpool Street and Southend Central.

From Ockendon (2.9 miles):

  • On Saturdays, the No. 22 Bus runs from Elan Road to Hanford Road.
  • The ground is a 3-minute walk from the Hanford Road stop.

From Rainham (4 miles):

  • The TFL 372 Bus runs 3 times an hour to St Pauls Close (15 mins).
  • Then it’s a 10-minute walk to Parkside, either through the village centre or via Aveley Bypass
