SAM BANTICK RETURNS TO BRENTWOOD TOWN

Club News | 5 Aug 2020

Following the return of James Love, we are also able to announce that another former Brentwood player, Sam Bantick, is returning to the club. Sam was part of our successful youth set up and during our play-off winning season in 2014/15 he was a key player for us, scoring some important goals and coming up with vital assists.

Subsequently he has gone on to play higher up the pyramid for the likes of Concord Rangers, Tonbridge Angels and Enfield Town. With over 100 competitive goals in the last few seasons he will once again play a key part in what we aim to achieve this season.

Manager Adam Flanagan commented: “Bano and myself have remained good friends over the years, so when I got this job one of the first calls I made was to him. After I outlined the chairman’s vision for Brentwood, Sam readily agreed to be part of what we are building. He is a fantastic lad with an infectious personality who is great to have in our dressing room. Sam lives more or less opposite the ground, so he cares about this club and wants the club to be successful and for him be a key part.”
